Create your customer account through the evaluation journey and submit the required vehicle information and photographs.
2. Receive an Offer
DSR reviews the evaluation and communicates an offer. You may accept or submit a counter-offer.
3. Create the Order
After an offer is accepted, DSR creates the formal order using the shared vehicle information record.
4. Verification
Customer, vehicle and supporting documents move through the approved verification workflow.
5. Pickup & Payment
After the required checks, the assigned DSR team coordinates the next operational steps and payment.
6. Certificate & Rating
The final certificate is generated from approved order data and the customer can rate the assigned agent.
